Living THE Life Coaching 

When I woke up to the realization that my career as an engineer was leaving me empty and unfulfilled, I stepped out in courage to do something I loved. I missed coaching kid's sports, so I opened a gym that allowed me to not only coach but also build leadership skills in teen employees. I later met my husband and eventually became a homeschool mom of two lovely young ladies. I traded in my gym shorts for a whiteboard and taught their group classes for 15 years! As they approached graduation, I stared into my soon-to-be empty nest with blurry eyes and questions of future significance. At the prompt of a close friend, I decided to work with a life coach to help me figure out my next phase of life. After almost a year, and encouragement of those close to me, I decided to become a certified life coach! "Renee," they urged, "you've always been a coach!" They were right! In every role, my joy has always been in helping others through difficult challenges or exciting changes! Now I GET to spend my days teaching and coaching others to see how their thoughts about themselves create the lives they live. "As a man thinks, so he goes."
